Project Overview

Odo-Ire Village lived without steady electricity for years, creating challenges in education, healthcare, and small businesses. The community needed a sustainable solution that required minimal maintenance.

Alphameg Engineering Limited deployed a 45kW solar mini-grid system designed to power homes, shops, and community facilities. During implementation, we faced issues such as unstable soil structure for pole mounting and distances between households.

We solved this by using reinforced concrete bases and installing high-capacity distribution poles. The result is a fully electrified rural community, extended business hours, improved security, and access to better healthcare and education.
