Project Overview

WestPark Industrial Estate needed a high-capacity transformer to support growing companies operating within the estate. The problem was unstable voltage and excessive load sharing among tenants, leading to frequent power trips.

We installed a 500kVA transformer, built a protective enclosure, upgraded feeder lines, and installed a modern distribution panel. A major challenge was the marshy soil condition, which required reinforced foundation work to hold the transformer weight safely.

After completing the installation, the estate now enjoys stable voltage, improved equipment performance, and expanded capacity for more businesses to operate reliably.
