Project Overview
MetalPro Manufacturing needed a stable and high-capacity power system to operate their production machines and maintain 24/7 operations. Their major problem was constant voltage fluctuation and delayed switching between PHCN and generator power, which frequently damaged sensitive equipment.
We designed and installed a full factory power setup consisting of:
- Industrial-grade wiring
- 150kVA backup inverter system
- Custom-built ATS panel
- Surge and overload protection
- Centralized distribution board
A challenge we faced was the factory’s old electrical structure, which was not suitable for high-capacity load distribution. Our team reconstructed the wiring architecture and added dedicated circuits to support heavy machinery.
The result was a fully stabilized power environment, increased production uptime, and complete protection for their equipment. The client’s production efficiency improved significantly after installation.
